If Jupiter did align with Mars it would be closer to Earth. Since Jupiter is a giant gas planet for being farther away from the sun then Jupiter's density would reduce by having some of it's gases evaporate.

that will never happen. jupiter will never be perfectly aligned with mars because their orbits are slightly inclined relative to eachother. However in the event that these 2 planets do align perfectly where their orbital declinations cross, and the moon happens to be in the location relative to earth that you know as the "seventh house", which, according to statistics, most likely won't happen before the universe either collapses back in on itself or experiences heat death, then absolutely nothing out of the ordinary will happen except that a few lunatics may think it is the dawning of the age of aquarius and maybe decide to stage a mass suicide or something else equally mindless.
