How to convert an Esso gas station to "XTR"???

Question

I am new to this i am plannin to get a esso gas staion which i would like to convert to "XTR"....Does anyone know what is the process or how can i go about convertin the gas station..

I am not familiar with the XTR gas station. You will need to contact them and see if they want a station at your location. They may have another one close by and it would infringe on the other persons territory.
