What is the worst/funniest/most embarrassing thing you have ever been caught doing?

Does getting caught by someone, "having fun" with his wife, while at his birthday party, having only met them the day before at another party, count?
If so then that wins for me by a mile.
Otherwise - 4 weeks ago while working at a Rock Festival I was commando style under my shorts, and forgot to do my zip up ............. it wasn't until I had walked all across the main arena "flapping in the wind" that anyone told me - and the person just had to be was a very attractive young lady I had been chatting up the night before didn't it.

All that I will say is that it involved a bunk-bed, a scarf, some lotion, a lollipop, the sink, and my girlfriend's roommate.
Make up your own story (who knows, it might be more entertaining than what really happened).
