What burns me the most.....
This rash of child killings taking place. A child is one of the most precious gifts from God. (I believe in God.) I feel a horrid sickness when I hear about parents killing their children. Or that a child was shaken to death, or drowned in a pool, or kidnapped and found dead. It's horrid and shameful that these children aren't protected better. But, It's hard to distinguish, anymore, just who is a montser in this world anymore.
People who stare at me. Rude people. For me, it's no different than being violated. I was brought up that it was rude to stare. I listened to my elders on a lot of things. But, there's no stopping ignorance.
Racists and bigots. It's a double edged sword. I worked in a job where I was responsible for bringing in 60 to 180 drivers every Thursday to drive cars for a sale. Sometimes, I would take in a few extra. It took the collaborative efforts of several temp agencies to fill that order. Sometimes I would be sent more people than was ordered. I would have to turn them away because I needed to be able to justify the numbers vs the bottom line to the General Manager. One morning, this man took offense that I stopped taking in drivers about 6 people in front of him. I was still filling in the names of the people I did take in so I hadn't looked up. Then he stood there banging on the table and asked if my not taking him was black thing. I looked up and him the the white couple in front of him and the four hispanic men in front of them. I stood up and shouted back to everyone the following, "a millenia ago Egypt had Jews as slaves. Then you had Romans taking everyone as slaves. Before then, during Cromwell's reighn in England MY Irish ancesters were forced off their homes and sold as indentured servants to the colonists. The Natives of this Land took slaves as war booty long before the slave traders brought over African men, women and children. You can't tell me that there isn't one race of human being that hasn't been hisorically enslaved at one time or another. The only difference I see in this country regarding race is you don't see me going to the Queen of England tell her she owes me for what Cromwell did to my ancesters." I picked up my roster and told the temp angency Rep that I would not stand to be treated like that again. That man aws approached by some of the other temps. After I had down the safety briefing to the temps, that man came up to me and said he was sorry. I told him to get here a half hour earlier if he wanted to work next week. Cause when I get my numbers, that's it. I can't afford to play favorites with the company's money.
Terrorism? It comes in all forms. In away, harrassing someone is a form of it. It's everywhere you look. In the schools, home invasions, TV. It's even glorified in movies. We all should be ashamed of ourselves for the message that sends.

I feel that, the greed for power or . . . . or the miss use of power creates most of the problems of the world.

It's a mystery to me how all this greed can create a feel good attitude for those who have this power and how they are able to justify how they use their power.

History repeats itself and greed has been a problem since time began.

War has always been the only way to solve this problem.

We as a nation had better stand united or civilization will revert back to the 7th century.

Most things on your list are trivial and can easily be solved but this greed thing is far more important than flaws in the people we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Poverty, high school shootings and terrorists should be listed first on the minds of all the people.

1. Legal robbery being committed and enforced by major credit companies, oil industry, lobbyists, and government (although I am not saying taxes aren't important)
2. The media - can someone say MISREPRESENTATION!!
Is it really more important that B. Spears doesn't wear panties and less of a concern that daughters and sons on both fronts of the war are coming home in caskets?
3. A lost and hopeless world that don't know how to reach out or seek out something greater than themselves
4. The fact that I can say all this upsets me, but then be a part of it
5. How bananas go brown after two days even when you put them in the fridge.

Canes will have the experiance aspect, however the Bruins have the offensive aspect, the protecting aspect, the specai lteams aspect and the Goalie Edge. Bruins in four probably five if the Canes get fortunate. ANd the Canes did not simply beat the first-class goalie within the NHL, on account that that's Tim Thomas, atleast this yr, first-class GAA and Best Save %.

people who steal. Theifs. They take what other's have worked so hard for. Why is theivery not on your list?
Naturally you have the obligatory racists, bigots, and
pollution on your list. Oh and yes, people who stare
deserves a higher ranking on the list of upsetting things
over terrorists who kill innocent civilians gleefully.
The image of two people jumping hand and hand to their death off of
the burning Twin Towers was so less upsetting than the
person in the restaurant who stares. Liberals upset me.

That's a pretty big list. I'm surprised you even leave you house. I am pretty numb to all the evil in this world, just got to roll with the punches and keep breathing I guess. I don't like racist people the most I guess though, they are pretty selfish.

That's tough, there is so much that is horrible with this world. But thinking about it if there is nothing you can do about is a waste. If you can do your part to do something about a few of the then do so and try to keep your head up and looking forward and thinking positively.

liars, that just about covers it all, if people would be honest life would be so much better. "When you and I stop pretending it exposes the pretending of everyone else" Wouldn't it be a much more peaceful way of life if people would just tell it like it is. For example, wouldn't you rather just know the price of a new or used car and not have to haggle ?

What upsets me the most is that so many people are so empty inside, and they don't even realize it. They do all that they can to get affection, even in twisted, warped forms, because they feel they need it, but they don't realize why. It makes me want to hug them, because they hurt, and I hate it when people hurt.
