Frustrations in life will either defeat you or develop you, depending on how you respond to it. Unfortunately, most people fail to see how God uses frustrations for good. Some people react foolishly and resent their frustrations and problems rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.
God uses frustrations to:
Direct You - sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you to move. Frustrations often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change.
Inspect You - people are like tea bags. If you want to know what`s inside, just drop them into hot water. What do problems reveal about you?
Correct you - most lessons are learned only through pain and failure.
Protect You - a frustration can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents you from being harmed by something more serious.
Perfect You - frustrations, when responded to correctly, are character builders. Your relationship to God and your character are the only two things you`re gonna take with you to eternity.
Frustrations help us learn patience and patience develops strength of character. The point is, God is at work in our lives when we are faced with frustrations and problems.
"Be thankful for what life brings, hoping it is what you rightfully deserve. The challenge may not actually be in being successful, getting what you want, achieving what you desire, and being the so-called best. The real challenge may be in being content, grateful with who you are, what you are, what you have and where you are, and in the meantime, appreciating life and treating it as the best life ever even if it may seem otherwise." - James Padilla

Life throws us hardballs time and again; it's inevitable. Amongst all the good attributes a person's character might have, I think the most effective weapon against frustrations in life is a positive attitude.
Whenever there are no good solutions to those problems and frustrations, looking on the funny side of things really does help improve the mood and get through those tough times easier. Besides that, an upbeat attitude is infectious; and will make others around you feel more positive as well. :)

Whatever is bothering you, try to let it go. Frustration is only because U don't understand something; try to figure out what that is and overcome it. Your better than that!

1) realize that you're not alone -- everybody has 'em
2) look for the lesson in each frustration -- they are always learning experiences that can help you grow if you look at them this way
3) realize that nothing happens without a reason (which we may or may not understand right away or ever)
4) don't take life too seriously -- there's always someone (actually, lots of someone's) who has it rougher than you right now
5) have a network of friends, family, etc. that you can turn to for support when you need it.

you can just relaz yourself and just enjoy life and not think about your frustrations. in some cases, when you are really streeful or mad go get a massage and listen to soft music to calm you.

I don't know, I like to listen to elderly people tell some of their hardship stories and I try to learn something from them because they have been through it all.
