My girlfriend and I will be staying at South Beach, FL next week for 2 days. I wonder what are some must see tourist destinations in Miami. Thanks.

for starters you re at a great location south beach has a great night life and in the day it is beautiful and fun start at ocean Dr. at south beach great bars restaurants and clubs Collin's ave. and Washington Dr. all action and great sightseeing. next get out of the beach hit the city and on the other side of the bridge not far at all is bayside mall. nice restaurants beautiful view of Miami other places if u r renting a car key Biscayne and a little far a way from the beach area down u.s 1 is sunset mall hope this helps u and your girlfriend GO CANES!

South Beach is the axis of fun and active entertaining.
everything is walking distance.but,in case You don't feel like walk one step,there is public transportation(metro-mini bus) around the South Beach for only $0.25 cents.
If You hear a name of a place ,You want to be,ask in Yahoo Answers.but, state the name.(too many ,to start typing them)

The Vizcaya, historic home. Walk around Lincoln Mall, go to the Fountainbleu.

You will be staying in a good spot so go around SoBe for one day...but you should also check out Coconut Grove at night and downtown in the day...
