Looking for webcam with fun filters and other fun stuff?

I was looking for a webcam a while back, and I came across one with different filters you could apply while in chat(like fire effect, water effect, etc.), it also including other things, like you could add a mustache while broadcasting, or hats, wigs, cartoon faces to your own face, etc.....anyway I was looking for it again to actually purchase it, but I can't fine it does anyone know a webcam like this or similar, I am looking for under $100, thank you for your help! :-D

Any of the cames on this page allow you to so it and come with the software and have many more online to download and play with.
