I really like the harder cheeses like Reypenaer, really aged top quality Cheddars, the top Belgian and Swiss hard cheeses and the less "fragrent" French blues, like Fourme d'Ambert. And for a most unusual taste, the goats' milk cheese Bettine Grand Cru that won the "Best Cheese in the World" award last year in Britain. And also an very interesting Belgian cheese Chimay with Trappister Beer made by the monks in Belgium.
