It means that someone just deleted their question at the same time you answer another question. So you lose two points from a deleted answer but gain two from the question just answered.
Make sense? lol.

Tonights theme seems to be taking 2 points for every answer you gave to a question that gets deleted.
But I've gotten the "Woah, 0" before too.

I think it's a misprint. It should've said, "Whoa, you earned 10 points!"

You know, I'm trying to figure out that one myself, I think its trying to tell you that in the near future you will allow another person to earn two points....but again I'm going out on a limb here....hmmm.
