hi,in my notebook bios i see video memory is upto 128 mb but games shows that i have only 32mb video memory.?

Up to means it will steal your regular system RAM when needed (it can't utilize 128mb effectively as integrated graphics processors are the slowest ones out there )so it's may be only using 32mb when the game was telling you.

Could be using Turbocache or Hypermemory technology. 32mb is fixed allocation, then, depending on graphics requirement, memory is automatically increased up to 128mb level.
