To summon a storm in another's soul or spirit is to act upon them Magickally without their permission and THAT is a violation of ethical practice. No person willingly accepts turmoil and confusion in his or her spirit. Therefore, any turmoil that exists should instead be quelled and banished, Not enhanced and increased. A peaceful spirit is what must always be the intended outcome and NO peace can be obtained by generating turmoil. We do not complete a jigsaw puzzle by destroying the parts of the puzzle that are already together. The only way to complete the puzzle is to organize the ramaining pieces in a way that allows for the puzzle worker to more easily find the correct pieces.

it depends on whos soul I want to teach a lesson but in the end I do not have to do much because the storms that are summoned from anothers soul were already there to begin with and they know exactly what I am talking about :))))) I like your question very interesting :)))remember though another can only do so much the storm in all our souls eventually passes and the light of God shines ever so bright in the Universal world of all the souls :))))

sometimes you have to summon a storm in ones soul to find an underling problem...only then in the eye of the storm can you root out said problem.
but just for kicks...no i don't

Only as far as a mirror can summon storms, I guess it can be satisfying to a limited extent.
