I just viewed the Yankees/Bostons and Cubs/Brewers remaining schedules.

Will Tampa Bay make it miserable for the AL teams?

Will Cincinnati ruin the NL teams quest for the title?

Don't you love penant races like this??

Who would like to see it come down to the wire in both of these races??

I kinda like it myself.

Mets-Phils--one vs. two
Yanks-Red Sox--one vs. two

doesn't get any better than that. they should have televised BOTH games Fri evening nationally--only Yanks were on here in Ohio, and what an eighth inning comeback--BEST comeback win of the year for Yanks. If they had lost (and were trailing 7-2 after 7) best hope would probably be wildcard. But Detroit won, so Yanks KNEW win was a MUST--and with 6 in the eighth and Rivera pitching ninth, they did it. Now two more nail biters Sat and Sun. If Mets lose 2 of 3, not that serious, but if Yanks lose next two, they are done for the division title.

I think it's fun, though living in St. Louis, and being a Cardinal fan... I'd like to see a miracle happen and the Cardinals win every game for the rest of the season and overtake the Cubs and Brewers.. =P

I guess stranger thangs have happened.....

To be honest, yes, but I would hate it if a good team got knocked out of the playoffs by a team that shouldn't even be playing anymore...nevertheless, I can't wait for what is to come.
