The manufacturer says they're rated for up to 400 lbs. So, installed correctly it should hold 165 lbs.

there should be a wight limit on the table its self if not call the number provided on it and ask them . i hope this is for changing a diaper and not someone thing else.

First off they are made for babies so no they wouldn't. and why would you be putting 165 lbs on it in the first place
