I would say get some hot tea, I would be your friend but I guess you would want someone you like to do this for you, but as a friend I would suggest tea, lol. oh yeah and possibly cover with a warm blanket, slippers and comfy pjs! Its helps :D. ohh and soup haha that sounds nice! Bye! oh dont forget a good book or movie to go along with it :)

Rub your hands together and then put your hands on your ears or face. The friction of your hands produce heat. Or maybe just buy a heater or use a blanket...
