Like, less government, social security, our national debt, squashing the amendments that are violating our rights, illegal aliens and the borders, bring our men home immediately and impeachments, etc.

The presidential candidates - both the Democrats and the Republicans are skirting the issues with all the hooplah on the war. Sad. Don't you want to hear who they really are? All of them.

Dude: I understand what you're saying, and we don't need those in the Supreme Courts that the Clintons would put there or any of the Republican candidates.

Yo Boomer --
There are an enormous number of major issues -- just as you're saying here ! It could be viewed easily as a "log jam" of major things -- all at one time --- and, THAT has already began to create problems within itself !!!
WIld thing here --- now we are going into an election year -- and of all things --- these people are going to be leaving their posts --- and, going out on the campaign trail telling us how important it is for THEM to be in DC doing their job !!!! How ironic is THAT ????

Most of the Republicans look at this war as a necessary evil that must be dealt with. We did not start this war the Islamic terrorist did. They started it in 1993 with the first bombing of the Twin Towers while Bill Clinton was on watch. Bill Clinton ran from his responsibility of protecting the American people and the Constitution of which he took an oath to defend. Most of the Democrats want to do the same thing. G.W. tried to tackle social security by putting 2% of the money you pay into Social security into a private account just for you. and the Dems. fillabustered it. Our national debt would have been coming down if it had not been for 9/11, Katrina and a few others things.

I can agree with almost all of your statements, I can think of a few Senators and Representatives that should be impeached, starting with Jack Murtha and Dennis Kucinich., neither the President or Vice President have committed any acts that warrant impeachment, if they had they would have been impeached as soon as the democrats won the majority in both the House and Senate. I do not see any of our amendments being squashed; You may be talking about the Patriot Act so I will remind you that Congress approved that act overwhelmingly and it is Congress that votes on the laws, the President only signs it or veto's it.

100% with you on illegals and the borders, throw in protection of our culture.

No one ever wants war. But most people know that when a fight is started see it through till you win. People dont want to lose in Iraq. If the polls are so accurate, the Democrats would be able to pull us out in a heartbeat. They cant and wont. Its because the support isnt there.

You cant impeach someone who doesnt commit a crime. I dont know what is so difficult to understand about that.

Who doesn't want this war? The worlds jihadists are going to Iraq and not my airport, and our military is killing the hell out of em. We demanded protection after 9-11, and the government has delivered with evil detention camps, evil wiretapping (Patriot Act),Evil war in Iraq and popular one in Afghanistan. Anyone who wants to change these wants to go back to september 10th, 2001. I wish that were possible myself. I think of 9-11 everyday and I know that I am a minority in thinking that this is a very, very important war.

There is so much at risk. It's takes a lot of knowledge to make these decisions. Hopefully, the right one will be made soon.

I found it very humerous. A senator said the Iraqi government isn't doing their job.

Neither is ours.
