400 lbs. according to the manufacturer (you can search their whole site to find the exact model, which may have slightly different specifications, but this is the one I see most often).

This document says that the Koala Kare changing stations have been tested to hold static loads of up to 400 pounds. Pretty safe!!! I had no idea. Good question!

It can hold 400 pounds. You can feel safe changing your baby, toddler, or even your husband on these things!
