No, since truth had been conceived as an objective relation, as once good and beauty had been. But since you ask this question based on the possibility that we are relative to human judgment and human needs. I would say, Natural laws had been taken as objective tuths, eternal and unchangeable. But this is the substance of philosophy, although yet what were these truths but formulations of experience, convenient and successful in practice, not copies of an object but correct calculations of specific consequences. Truth is the cash value of an idea.
Great question my friend.

Interesting question. In logic and math, two negatives make a positive. So if one person lies to another person, and the person who was deceived attempts to lie to another based on that false information (but is actually telling the truth, but thinks he is lying), then the "lie" becomes a truth. Of course, that depends on the definition of a "lie".

Very good question...A lie is when someone knows what happened and prefers to add more to the story. Then they have to change their story if told again. They like to grandstand/attention getter. Somewhere in their version of the story lies the truth but it is never boldly brought out; the more to the story is emphasized and the more to the story is the lies.
The truth stays the same or is more explained upon questioning. All facts come back to the main subject of the truth.

If it could, what be the meaning of the two opposite words?
A lie can hide the truth, and a truth can reveal a lie. Nothign more.

A lie can't be truth because it's lie; it cover the truth. The truth that should be showed and reveal.
THE TRUTH:
the LIE can save you if you don't have conscience.
the truth can hurt you but it's worthy and make you happy because you know you do the right thing that make your mind clear.

It all depends on your perspective. You could have a person looking at an ideal and believe that to be a true life philisophy whereas a different person can look at it take it as a lie on life because maybe they know more than to believe or follow it, or perhaps they have a pessimistic outlook.
Or even the Bible, devout Christians look at other faiths and believe that they are going to hell because they don't believe in Jesus. That is a truth to them. And all those other faiths believe their god to be true and think we're going to hell.
It's all depends on your POV, and what you believe as truth

No. The word "Truth" is used a lot today. Especially by those people who have deceived themselves into believing in fairy tales. Truth is backed up by evidence. Lies are only called truth.

Yes. I may tell you a lie that Paris Hilton is dead. It is possible that during our conversation Paris Hilton dies. Then my lie becomes the truth.
