I have to do a poll for school and this is my question.
'Should fat/overweight people layer their clothes?'
Ex: A cami, along with a tank top, then a regular shirt.
I'm just wondering becuase when layering it tends you make you a bit bigger than wearing a normal bra and shirt.
And this is aimed more towards girls, since they are the ones to layer more often.
And I need at least 10 people. Thank you.

Not really because the layering cuts their body into sections making them look larger than they really are.

I'm a fat person, and I layer all the time! I try to keep the layers thin though...Like a cami and a polo or something, but that's mostly because it's hot in Texas. Personally, I think it looks a lot better than just a T-shirt or something...

as long as they are thin layers they look fine, and actually make them look better because the shirts arent adhering to their bulk as much. like the first one you can see all their rolls, but by the second or third layer, it seems more evenly distributed.
This also seems like a very odd question to have to do for school... seems like it could potentially offend alot of girls with already fragile self esteem. If your teacher assigned this to you, she needs a lesson in empathy. If you chose the question, you picked a pretty dumb topic.

I have always layered my clothes, skinny or fat - but not the cami/tank/shirt way.
I do a cute Tshirt or top, then a button shirt, sweater, or jacket.
I also LOVE twin sets!
People complement me at 110 pounds and 200 pounds.

I have seen fat people that look at lot better in layers than not...but really it depends on their body type. With a short, fat person layers are BAD. With a taller fat person(as long as their fat is evenly distributed, i.e. NO huge belly) then layers elongate them and actually make them look slimmer. They can't overdo it though. But I guess nobody can. Three layers is more than enough

in case you quite like American Eagle, Hollister, Aeropostale, and that variety, in case you wait until finally the tip of season to purchase them you may get them on the clearance rack for purely a pair of greenbacks. Tanks and stuff like that for the time of no way look to bypass out of trend so which you would be able to %. them up for next summer season. do no longer purchase them the minute they bypass on clearance. AE does not mark them down too lots on the start, possibly 20 or 25%. After 2 weeks you may get them for roughly 50% off. If there's a huge trip coming up, like suitable now, they are seventy 5% off suitable now and that's off of the already marked down cost on the tag! approximately $2 to $3 each and each suitable now. you need to think of there does not be lots of a variety yet that may no longer the case. maximum of those shops overstock lots that they almost provide it away while the subsequent seasons clothing are available. that's the case suitable now. suitable after college began i got here upon all of their summer season chick tee's tossed in a extensive bin for $2 each and each. final week adult adult males have been 2.ninety 9! I end in a week or 2 and consistently in direction of the tip of a season. Day after Christmas you need to locate 20 - 50% off. Wait 2 weeks and it would be seventy 5%! Rue21 has allot of cool varieties. They consistently have various clearance racks purely loaded for purely a pair money.

Depends on the fabric. If it's all cotton, you'll look (my term) "frumpy." If there is stretch in the clothes, like spandex, it might slim you down a bit. Try working with your shape instead of hiding it. Play with it by trying trapeze shirts, dresses, and babydolls (except if you have large breasts; otherwise you look pregnant)

If it is done properly than yes. If the layer against your skin is figure hugging it can actually make you look slimmer. It can also smooth out your body shape.

I don't think anyone should tell anyone how to dress. Look at Queen Latifah, certainly no light-weight. She doesn't layer her clothes but she always looks mighty fine when she goes stepping.
