I think it's the caller....but, it's kind of funny when you both call back and cross each others lines! *4U!

The person I called usually freaks out thinking I thought they hung up on me, they usually frantically call back. I let them.

In my calling group we go by whoever loses the signal calls back because they are the ones who will know when they get their signal back!!

I always call back reguardless...lol...most of the time the other party is waiting...lol
