if I file a complaint about a couple that keeps calling me at work they just want to argue with me...but they never threatened me ..i just want them to leave me alone...the wife won't stop bugging me coz i had an affair with her husband ..if i file a harrasment charges against them am i gonna win??? but they blocked their calls and they have proof that i was calling their phone too...if i file will they go to jail? what's the worst thing that can ever happen to them if i win the case?

The worst thing that could happen? Hmmm, they could adopt 15 children and 15 puppies, then the wife gets pregnant, and they all get hit by 12 busses, which explode and throw debris into the atmosphere which, in turn, rains down flaming melted hunks of metal 1,000's of degrees hot and kills everything on the face of the Earth, then the sun implodes and destroys the entire galaxy, and makes a huge black hole that swallows the entire universe.
That would suck.

Quit calling them, and quit sleeping with married men. You cannot charge harassment if you are still calling them.

quit taking their calls. tell whoever answers the phone on your job that you will not take their calls. it sounds like to me the affair is still going on and that is the reason for the calls.
