i am a breastfeeding mother of an 18mth old
i was making a point of how stupid mindsets can be
we can find something so completly beautful and natural offensave
but yet a naked women isnt

I'd much rather see a breastfeeding mommy than a naked woman . I find it offensive that women can walk around with see through tops and when a woman is breastfeeding she's offensive. Boobs are overrated!

I see nothing at all wrong with a breastfeeding mother. It is completely natural. I don't understand why people look down on it, and then think it's cool that Christina Aguilera is half naked on the cover of the Rolling Stone. I'm personally not offended by breastfeeding at all.

jess, thank you for asking this. Our society is completely backwards. I see women wearing half of what I am- and breasts half hanging out- yet nursing my 13 month old in public is offensive. I don't get it!!!
Bootsers- grow up- breastfeed in a bathroom??? How about you take your meals in a bathroom????? It's people like yourself that make it impossible for a breastfeeding mom to nursein a public place- even covered up as I do- and still remain comfortable!!! GOOD LORD!!!

Why should a breastfeeding mother be considered offensive? It's a natural process of life, one that has been going on for thousands of years. I find YOU more offensive for being so foolish.

There's nothing offensive about breastfeeding, and I could care less about Christina Aguilera, so her being half-naked or fully clothed is equally unimportant to my life.

I don't understand how breastfeeding it offensive, I think you are more offensive to think of breastfeeding offensive its a natural process.

I don't find breastfeeding mothers offensive, I applaud them for making a good decision and giving babies the vitamins they need.
Unless of course, if they're doing it in public and their breasts are visible.
