I just installed the sims 2 and i downloaded a couple of eye colors. I added thm to the Downloads folder..but it wont show up in the game and it didnt pop op something saying "enable (...) "
please help

Did you install the files properly?
Depending on what type of file you installed, depends on how you install it. If it's a package file, you can simply just drag the file into the Downloads folder. If it's compressed or zipped, you have to unzip the file first for it to work. If it's a package file (looks like a blue box with a sim popping out of it), just double click the file and it will self install.
If you installed them correctly, and you have other downloads that show up, it could be the style fo the file. I can't use .rar files in my game (they won't work). It could also be the file is messed up, or it needed a mesh that you didn't download (although most eyes don't need meshes). I suggest checking the site you downloaded them from, and reading their FAQ just in case you missed something.

try getting the eye colors from a different place. maybe you found a bad download and need to try again.

I don't know this question but just to tell you, be carefull ... i downloaded that game many times and it gave my computer virus. and the virus is worse because my computer wouldn't even turn on.
