Its about this woman who has different personalities so she slaughtered her friends family, and she doesnt know shes the killer. Theres one scene to where the woman with the serial killer personality was at a gas store and she was running into the store because of the other serial killer personality she was imagining was pulling up or something in the gas store.
Theres also one scene to where the serial killer (which was a man, who was the personality of the woman) let this decapitated head give him oral sex...
