Apply whatever cosmetic you're using very sparingly. I mean, use a tiny amount. You can always add some. Apply it very lightly and then with a different finger or Q-tip or whatever you use distribute it evenly and lightly. The smoky eye look can make people look like raccoons, so be sparse with your cosmetic and light with your touch. On the other hand, of course, for some, raccoon eyes are a decided fashion statement.

If you use eyeliner, don't use black, use grey or dark green. After you draw the line, smudge it with your finger or q-tip, it will give you a much softer look.
I have green eyes and I wear Intense I-color by Almay, get the "Trio For Greens 104". It's made especially for green eyes. Give it a try, it will bring out the green in your eyes.
Good luck!

okay, well first, put some eyeliner on like Loreal HIP Truth Cream Eyeliner in Black. then use a eyeshadow like Revlon ColorStay Eyeshadow Quad in Sultry Smoke. put the darker color on your lids, and lighter color on your brow bone and blend down to your lids, then use a volumizing mascara, like my favortie Revlon 3D Extreme Mascara. good luck.
