at my school guys only like the sluts and the girls that wear tons of make up or dress all revealing or the ones that act like a total betch..they won't even look at the girls that are more nice and sweet just because they don't put themselves out there even if they're not ugly. For example this guy that's inda in the in crowd liked me but he didn't ask me out cuz even though I'm not ugly I don't look like the preppy cheerleaders he hangs out with and I'm not in the in crowd.wtf is up with guys nowadays...

Well I have to tell you that it was like that when I was in school sweetie...I know it hurts you but some day you will know yourself better and sluts and preps will be the last thing on your worry list...don't let that crap get ya down...you know if you concentrate on them you are only adding to their egos and popularity...I know that sounds wierd but they thrive off attention and misery...don't give them that power to make you miserable...Especially that guy...whatever girl...leave that alone please!!!

to tell you honestly, when i was in high school these kinds of social separations didn't happen. i mean the whole class was formed of groups of friends but we could act as a single group... moreover, we were more into movies and music and that's what usually separated the groups. and also i must mention that i am not american. americans tend to separate the classes into 2 major groups - cool and un-cool. that's just the way they are thought...
but to tell you the truth, when i look at my sister who is now in high school, i think that they started "slutting" too. i haven't seen so many make-up and beauty products in one drawer... i find it strange...
in your situation i think that you should look for someone who is interested in who you are and is not afraid to show it. if you don't want to be superficial don't hang out with shallow kids.

Really? In my school the guys chat up every girl they can find, except for the fat ones. Unfortunately these guys are all losers that the girls don't want to date. There are quite a few cool guys, here too, but they already have girlfirends.

guys at your age just want one thing ....thats sex . Of course they want to hang out with those girls because they put out . but YOU, you are better than those tramps . You are going to save your love for a guy that deserves you . You more than likely will meet him in college
But BE CAREFUL , because ALOT of guys will tell you " im not like that " or " Im different " just to get down your pants . Those one are the snakiest of them all . You just be careful its VERY hard to find a really truely genuinly GOOD guy .

I konw what you mean. I miss the "good ol' day" when everyone liked everyone for who they are. Now in days all the guys and girls are getting smaller and slutter..today..a "cheerleader" was digging in her woo woo cuz her skirt "flew up" and everyone saw...I'm like WTF but yeah I konw what you mean..belive me.....look at the grade that is lower than i saw the little 6th graders "no I'm not in 7th grade" but wow u should see the boys they are tiny. They look like little 3rd graders..the people just get smaller and smaller every year
ADD: but really I think they do that just to be cool like my firend's ex...he like woudn't "talk" to her by his friends but in tech ed..he talkes away. Hun its all about being in the "in crowd" now in days
