Two weeks before your period would be ovulation, not implantation. Once you ovulate and the egg is fertilized it can take a week-10 days for implantation, so that would be a week or less before your period is to start. Some women do have spotting with ovulation.

Why would you have a backache at that point? A clump of cells wouldn't be any extra weight.

possibly the spotting can be i dont think you would get back aches this soon, wait another 2 weeks and if you start then your not, then if ou dont start id say go get a test done, good luck
