I don't know how old you are but older women get hot flashes during menopause ( or close to it). You could be suffering from dehydration, hypoglycemia, and could be pregnant. I have been both dehydrated and hypoglycemic at the same time. Go and get something to eat and drink . Stay away from foods with too much sugar, it will make it worse. The body temperature rises if you do not have enough water .
I would lie down with my feet elevated. Do you have a fever?
If you have a fever, go to the doctor and get treated. It could be a sign of a worse condition.

You should go to a doctor. Dizziness is usually cause by something minor like dehydration, diet, exhaustion or medications however there are a few major things it could be. It could be blood pressure issues, heart issues and/or head issues just to name a few.

My first guess is an ear infection. Unfortunately for you, that concludes the depth of my medical knowledge about fever & dizziness. You didn't try any new meds lately?

when u r dizzy, it is usually a result of lack of water...
try drinking more water so u dont get dehydrated, if it doesnt work, maybe its ur diet, if it still occurs then try the expert: the doctor

maybe you need your source of vitamins today. you should consider eating healthy and refreshing foods or an energy booster. a nap might be good. maybe all you need is some rest so that you will be fully awake and ready to go on with you day.

youve got a virus of some kind have your doctor check you out,if you are spiking a fever then stay in bed ,youre pobably woosy because of the fever if i were you give the doctor a call as soon as you can.i hope youre better soon.
