hey i got poison ivey on the 4th how long does it last?

I use bleach on mine to dry it up in few days, Mind you it burns a bit ! It's not for everybody, some people get a poison ivy like rash from bleach. When my brother gets it he's miserable for weeks. RScott

It can last a long time.
Get a steroid shot.
That is the best way to get rid of it.
Forget the cremes and oatmeal.
It gets in your blood and can pop up for years.
Unfortunately, I know from experience.

Depends on what you are using to treat it. It needs to be "dried out" and I find calamine lotion works best for me. Or Caladryl.
