You need to wear a knee brace for a while you tore some muscles in your knee it will heal but stay off the tredmill and ice it a couple times a day when you feel pain. Its not major and its a very comon injury so don't worry.

If you are into the entire twilight factor you might move as a man or woman from that. Or if -like me- you don't seem to be enthusiastic about the ones books or the films, than you might do a Harry Potter dress? No? good you might check out Alice in wonderland style of factor. Theres the mad hatter and the march hare. If you had been the mad hatter all you could need to do is put on like a kind of irish hats you realize like the fairway ones, then get a few spray on die and do all extraordinary colours, and a few loopy make-up. And simply mismatch your garments like extraordinary coloured lengthy stockings and extraordinary gloves or anything. Just be inventive. I believe that the mad hatter is a rather well concept even though. You can get an concept of what i imply via logging on and looking 'Mad Hatter' or theres a brand new Alice in wonderland popping out and johnny depp is starring because the mad hatter so in the event you appear beneath google portraits for 'Johnny Depp Mad Hatter' then theres a percent of him there. I placed a hyperlink underneath so you'll be able to verify it out. Good good fortune! -Lilly P.S the huffington put up one is a greater photo so click on that one first. :D

RICE = Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate.
Take a break from running and see a doctor. You may have some damage to the patella, synovial fluid in the wrong space, ligament tear or over stretching. You may need an x-ray and an MRI.

First of all, awesome MS-Paint job. I'm proud.

Secondly... GO SEE A DOCTOR!! You're health is never something to be compromised. Stay off the leg until you get it checked out

Is there any swelling? It's possible that the synovial sac is leaking, or that you've stretched a ligament, but an x-ray is what you really need to determine if there's any damage.
