I have worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge. When I started out, I didn't have much information and spent countless weeks, months and even years learning the ropes by trial and error. I know how valuable information and resources are to people who are starting out from scratch. So I recently decided to use some of my spare time to create a blog with casting notices, audition information, information on getting an agent, demo-reels, resumes, etc. There are far too many scam artists out there who take advantage of those actors who are trying to make their dreams come true. The information and casting notices I provide are totally free and legitimate. Hopefully I can save some people a few bucks and a lot of footwork.
Sincerely,
Alan Baltes

pay attention to the first answer and ignor max, his web site is a scam. You are going to have to learn English much better. Now here are the steps.
1. get your parents' to support your being an actor --they have to sign everything and get you an agent until you are 18.
2. do everything connected with drama at school, take all the classes and be in all the plays
3. get a mentor to teach you what you need to know and to help you make the right choices about training, etc. and to keep you from scams like Max is promoting unwittingly. Then when you have accomplished all this, you will need a resume and a headshot and a cover letter (from your parents if you are still under 18) You send these three things to the agent and hope they catch his interest. If they don't you keep trying with all the valid agents in your town.

You received some great advice here and I'll add mine as well, which consists of two things:
1) make sure you get some training under your belt before you start looking for an agent. If you are not trained, then you will find it difficult to get an agent.
2) here is a link about what I did to get agents and casting directors to call me directly: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/how_to_get_an_agent.html
Hope that helps! Good luck!
