What type of magic are you intersted in? There are many categories to choose from, at first you should pick the one that interests you the most. My personal choice is Card magic - you need no special props and can usually carry them with you wherever you go.
Other popular types of magic are mentalism, rope magic, finger ring magic, close up, stage, etc.
The other sites mentioned in the answers are all good places, however there are also some very good videos put out by magicians that can be purchased at a magic shop or on ebay.
If you choose to do card magic there are some very good books on the subject that I would recomend: Royal Road to Card Magic is my top pick. Also, Expert at the Card Table is a close 2nd.
