It can not be Bill, he has already served the maximum limits for a President and therefore can not hold a position that may lead him to become President again, VP is the next in line.

My guess is that she will select John Edwards, the only reason that she might stray away from Edwards is that he is better looking than she is

In all seriousness, proably someone like Dennis Kucinich. She needs someone from a state like Ohio or Florida, a state that could swing either way in the general election. Don't be fooled in thinking she'll pick Obama, she already has the Aferican American vote in her pocket!

I would predict Richardson.

He worked in the Clinton white house, and he would help with the Hispanic vote. (But New Mexico is an awfully small state, so she may avoid him for that reason alone).
