This sounds like the early signs of getting your period. You are spotting blood. This is nothing to be afraid of. Show your panties to your mom and stop worrying about your sisters.Sisters love to poke fun at younger siblings. Welcome to womanhood!!!

Yes, you did get your period. That brownish colored blood is very normal at the beginning and end of a period, especially when you first start menstruating. Don't worry about it. Just wear a pad, and in a few days it will be gone. You'll probably have another period next month, and as time goes on the flow will be more regular and look more like blood.

There's nothing wrong with you. Yes, it's your period starting. Not everybody starts in the same way. It's very possible that your first period was very light and may already be over. Just wear a pantyliner for the next few days just in case. Then in about a month or so you'll probably have another period and it will likely be a little heavier. Everybody's a little bit different, so there's no way to predict. Just relax and enjoy being a woman.

Yes, you have your period. For one, congrats! That is exactly what happened to me, and my sister(an annoying brat) did make fun of me, but what can I say, she's my younger sis. An definitely tell your mom, or you'll end up wasting many pairs of underwear. I suggest pads for the first week, and then try tampons, but only wear tampons during your period. And NEVER sleep in them, you may get toxic shock. My mom got that, but she survived. I hope this helped! Good luck!

Yea that's your period. The same thing happened to me the first time I got it. No blood was on the pad in the beginning.

Congratz. Tell your mom she'll be excited, trust me.

You have started.
the only reason your not seeing very much is because your just now starting.
everyone gets it.
and if your sisters start making fun of you for it, tell them that they had it to... and make them think when they started theres. they had the same problems.
another thing you can do is just talk to your mom in private or when there not home.
=D
i felt really self conscious when i started to.
dont worry its all part of the hormones us girls get.
=D

dont worry Hun.
it will be fine!

When I went up to my mom three years ago about me starting my period she was very helpful, giving me advice on what I should and should not do, I was very embarrassed, but it makes me feel a lot better to know somethings about what I should do...... You should definitely talk to your mom about this..... if this is your period, I suggest drinking a lot of water, and eat things with protein in them. Best of luck to you......

Sounds like you have started, but you should definitely talk to your mom to be safe. I know its embarrassing, but she is your go to person for this one. Also, do you have any stomach cramps?
