Its uncomfortable for the first week. Your skin is tight and swollen. By day 4 I was driving though. The pain was so little, the whole surgery was a piece of cake!

My friend is a stripper and had a boob job. She now regrets it and wants it removed. She gets sick a lot from the inserts (leaking) and her boobs are swollen and painful. Sad, huh?
I am blessed to have natural 42D size

I've known two people whove had them done.Both said they were painful,and one's leaked,and made her ill.One got them reduced ,one got them enlarged.Both said they couldn't feel anything on the nipple region anymore,which I guess would be a turn off during sex.I personally have never had that problem.I'm a 44D.It's a logical question to ask,since a man wouldn't know.

My "boob job" was a reduction and it was slightly uncomfortable at first but not painful. 38J to 38C.
