I close my eyes and just listen to the chaos. Maybe that way we can "see" things even clearly.

I totally shut down any emotion that could interfere with my calmness. Two years ago, after my son (who was 4 years at the time) had an accident that required head surgery. I was at the most fragile state of my life but I don't know what happened that I remained completely calm. Family members thought I was on some kind of medication considering, I am a very passionate person and yes, very loud at times. I guess human beings, we know how to manage even at low points of our lives.

I was hooting with a friend, he shot below the target frame, it hit a rock and ricocheted into my foot. I saw the hole in my boot, and thought "Oh-$h$t". I took my boot off, and sure enough, I could see it in my foot.
It was my first year in the AF, and there was no way I was going to the base hospital with a gun shot wound. I had a friend who worked part time as a paramedic, so I called him, he brought his kit. He said he could remove it easy enough, hurt like all get-out. He gave me four stitches (seriously no fun without pain killer).
I limped for a week. told everyone I jumped off a truck, and landed wrong. Managed not to get an infection, and now you can barley see the scar.
Had I gone in to the hospital, I can only imagine the grief it would have caused, investigations, training classes, ugh.
Even though it wasn't his fault, never went shooting with him again.

ok, at the start, day after today, purely bypass as much as her like this is not any longer something and purely confer along with her approximately something that is composed of ideas, like summer season plans or something.... Then ask if she has her yearbook and if she does get it and sign your call by using what you wrote, yet while she does not then write her a be conscious explaining the area... in case you haven't any longer have been given her selection, ask her for it... purely attempt to be a chum until now you're taking it to the subsequent point.... in case you act calm she will have the means to be flattered... yet purely take it one step at a time and you need to have it interior the bag! good success!

Knowing it will be over soon enough as well as knowing that every action has a reaction, this helps me remain calm.
