Ok, so I'm sure most of you have heard about these 2 stories...
How is it fair that a man who sexually assaulted people, is getting: 25 years in prison, 10 years probation and his balls chopped off? (This was the plea bargain, keep in mind)
Yet the idiotic woman who "accidentally" left her baby in the car all day to fry to death doesn't get a damn thing, except maybe losing her job?!
Doesn't Florida realize that now, the man can just rape women when he gets out, without the worry of leaving sperm behind?! America is f*cked up!

25 years is a substantial sentence, with or without castration. It might or might not keep him from repeating when he gets out, but it will sure slow him down.

On the other hand, this is the same state that let 3 people conceal knowledge of the kidnap, rape and murder of a child without so much as a slap on the wrist.

Here's a hint - Florida elects its judges *and* its prosecutors, without any real qualifications required.

It would be easier to ask what's right with it. Your answers would be far more concise.

American 'justice' certainly has a real fascination for bodily mutilation - chemical castration, execution. Margaret Atwood really isn't so wrong about the USA.

there is no JUST system in america old justice system plain doesn't work, people get away with different kind of crap.
