No I never think the person next to me is laughing at me. Usually they have a cell phone glued to their ear so of course they'd be laughing at whatever that person on the phone said. Or they have a passenger in the car who may have said something funny. If no phone or passenger, could be the radio..If none of the above, they must be nuts so I don't give a rat's ***.. lol
