Medically speaking Pigs are the closest human analog other than monkeys and apes. That is because the circulatory systems are so similar and they have similar organs.
This is why valves from pig hearts can be used to replace the valve in a human heart.
It is also the Mythbuster's favorite carcass to experiment on because it is a close human analog.
Dolphins, while mammals have a huge difference between humans since they use echo location as a primary sense, which determines how the brain is structured. They have a lot of fat deposits to survive deep underwater, and they have huge lung capacity. The differences are too great for them to be a good human analog.
Intelligence wise they may be as smart as dogs and so close to human intelligence, but then a dog resembles a human more than a dolphin. We even have some of the same diseases; like cancer, hip dyspepsia and diabetes.

The organs of a pig is quite like that of humans. A lot of research is going on about pig organ transplants for humans.

Sometimes if I'm bored I see other people resemble animals...some look like squirrels (small face, big teeth), some look like rats (long face, long nose), and so on....thankfully, I haven't been bored lately
