I am having trouble figuring out which graph is right, could you guys please tell me which one it is, and explain why its the correct one?

There are 2 functions defined so there need to be 2 on the graph.
That gives you b or d.
d shows the correct 4/5 function when q is 500 (p is 400)
So the answer is d even though someone ticked b in the illustration.

D) is correct one

demnd D = 300 - (2/5) q
Supply, S = (4/5)q
when both supply and demand are equal
300 - (2/5)q = (4/5)q
300 = 6/5 q
q = 250
this should be the intersection point of the two lines. Graph D satisfies this condition
