i had a customer who swore that they found a needle in their hamburger....they brought it back in and it was sticking straight up in the bun.
i had to tell them that no way that was in there because i bagged the food . and if was sticking up like that i would have gotten stuck with it. they threatened to sue.....i told them go ahead if they wanted. they threatened a few more times then gave up and left.

I have a mother/daughter duo that comes into my restuarant about once a week. I waited on them in the early part of the year, they get the same thing all the time. Boneless buffallo wings and a basket of fries. Well on this particular day I was very busy with about ten tables during lunch so everyone is in a hurry. I delivered their food but could not carry everything like a basket of fries. I tell them I'll be right back with them, go back to the kitchen , there are NO fries, my cooks have to cook them. I go back to the table to appologize for the wait, they proceed to go off on me about how they don't want them now because they couldn't eat them with their wings. I get Manager, they take off food, I go on about life. The next time they come in they tell our Host we will sit in anyones section but HERS.... These women have the worst reputation of anyone in our restuarant, they complain about everything, every time they come in. Nobody wants to wait on them anymore and the Manager has told us if we want to somehow get them to stop coming in He's good with that!! They are still very rude to me when they come in, all of my co-workers let me help deliver food to them because we want to hear and see just how big of an *** they will actually be.

There was a high school teacher who came in with his wife. He'd feel the waitresses' legs. In front of his wife! The waitresses asked me to wait on them since they were uncomfortable. And he did it to me too! And he also stole food and silverware. And this was someone who was well-regarded! And his wife just sat there and watched it all!

Black people are horrible, they will make you void out transactions and ring everything up again to save a few cents or a dollar. They are so cheap, I am not being racist or lying.
