Just did some stuff on Tillman. Bloody shame. Don''t forget they lie about Jessica Lynch as well.
You know Izzy, I think they have this tinfoil hat thing backwards. The tinfoil belongs on the heads of the people who cannot deal with the truth or unpleasant facts... it repels uncomfortable thoughts so the protected ones (read sleeping) remain lost in the fantasies spun by FAUX tv.
Pathetic, but a fact of life, my friend. I think that if these folks saw reality they would die of shock ~ and remember, one of the main accomplishments of mind control in America is that people are so far lost into it, they cannot conceive it is being done to them!
I was directed to this open letter written in October 2006 by Kevin Tillman who is the Army Ranger brother of Pat Tillman. It is a MUST READ and also a MUST PASS ALONG TO OTHERS...Pass it On
After Pat's Birthday By Kevin Tillman
Kevin Tillman joined the Army with his brother Pat in 2002, and they served together in Iraq and Afghanistan. Pat was killed in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004. Kevin, who was discharged in 2005, has written a powerful, must-read document.
It is Pat’s birthday on November 6, and elections are the day after. It gets me thinking about a conversation I had with Pat before we joined the military. He spoke about the risks with signing the papers. How once we committed, we were at the mercy of the American leadership and the American people. How we could be thrown in a direction not of our volition. How fighting as a soldier would leave us without a voice… until we get out.
Much has happened since we handed over our voice:
Somehow we were sent to invade a nation because it was a direct threat to the American people, or to the world, or harbored terrorists, or was involved in the September 11 attacks, or received weapons-grade uranium from Niger, or had mobile weapons labs, or WMD, or had a need to be liberated, or we needed to establish a democracy, or stop an insurgency, or stop a civil war we created that can’t be called a civil war even though it is. Something like that.
Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.
Somehow our elected leaders were subverting international law and humanity by setting up secret prisons around the world, secretly kidnapping people, secretly holding them indefinitely, secretly not charging them with anything, secretly torturing them. Somehow that overt policy of torture became the fault of a few “bad apples” in the military.
Somehow back at home, support for the soldiers meant having a five-year-old kindergartener scribble a picture with crayons and send it overseas, or slapping stickers on cars, or lobbying Congress for an extra pad in a helmet. It’s interesting that a soldier on his third or fourth tour should care about a drawing from a five-year-old; or a faded sticker on a car as his friends die around him; or an extra pad in a helmet, as if it will protect him when an IED throws his vehicle 50 feet into the air as his body comes apart and his skin melts to the seat.
Somehow the more soldiers that die, the more legitimate the illegal invasion becomes.
Somehow American leadership, whose only credit is lying to its people and illegally invading a nation, has been allowed to steal the courage, virtue and honor of its soldiers on the ground.
Somehow those afraid to fight an illegal invasion decades ago are allowed to send soldiers to die for an illegal invasion they started.
Somehow faking character, virtue and strength is tolerated.
Somehow profiting from tragedy and horror is tolerated.
Somehow the death of tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of people is tolerated.
Somehow subversion of the Bill of Rights and The Constitution is tolerated.
Somehow suspension of Habeas Corpus is supposed to keep this country safe.
Somehow torture is tolerated.
Somehow lying is tolerated.
Somehow reason is being discarded for faith, dogma, and nonsense.
Somehow American leadership managed to create a more dangerous world.
Somehow a narrative is more important than reality.
Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.
Somehow the most reasonable, trusted and respected country in the world has become one of the most irrational, belligerent, feared, and distrusted countries in the world.
Somehow being politically informed, diligent, and skeptical has been replaced by apathy through active ignorance.
Somehow the same incompetent, narcissistic, virtueless, vacuous, malicious criminals are still in charge of this country.
Somehow this is tolerated.
Somehow nobody is accountable for this.
In a democracy, the policy of the leaders is the policy of the people. So don’t be shocked when our grandkids bury much of this generation as traitors to the nation, to the world and to humanity. Most likely, they will come to know that “somehow” was nurtured by fear, insecurity and indifference, leaving the country vulnerable to unchecked, unchallenged parasites.
Luckily this country is still a democracy. People still have a voice. People still can take action. It can start after Pat’s birthday.
*****************************
Pat was planning to come out upon release and speak of these things . He made his intentions known. Tillerman was the perfect all American boy, a hero of sorts, and would be listened to. His voice would be heard. People would have listened. So they shot him. Simple.
I just posted my Saturday Morning Cartoon page a few minutes ago, and had a lot of Tillerman cartoons. Please take a look and feel free to leave a comment.

Because Pat was a recruiting magnet and it would be counter to the strategy to admit he was fragged. Only I'm not certain he was fragged. Among other things, he was buried as a hardstripe corporal, but all of his photos show him as a spec 4, which is not a leadership position. And even the green uniform he was buried in did not have the combat leader tags, and fragging is what you do to a stupid leader. On the Ranger/Airborne issue, Vampire, please settle down. AR 670-1 was revised in 1998 to prohibit the wearing of qualification tags (airborne, air assault) on class B uniforms, and while I agree it's fishy that none of the photos of him show his right shoulder, I think that too much conspiracy theory is being fed into this incident.

If it was murder, I certainly don't condone it. However, no offense, but I'm not going to believe it's murder based only on the link you've provided and the allegations you've made.
I would like to see a thorough investigation of Pat Tillman's death and I'm troubled by the fact that we haven't seen one.

I doubt this was a warning, as you imply. There should, of course, be an investigation into this accident. There is no doubt that those servicepeople who publicly oppose the war are being pressured to shut up. No doubt, their military careers will be adversely affected.
As for the man shot in the head, he survived & is now back in the states. He was shot during the writing of the article - prior to any of it being published

That is not in the least bit surprising. One (or two) more lives for the sake of billions in profit. The fact that those young men are there is sick to begin with.
Of course the cons will say it's a lie. Hard to admit that the party you support are nothing but glorified murderous terrorists.

What on Earth do you think you are talking about?
If One percent of all the conspiracy theories you've been in here spouting about were even partly true, there'd be a crowd of about 10,000 New York Times reporters throwing them on page 1, 32 CBS news talking heads splashing it on the 6:00 news, and 51 democrat senators drafting articles of impeachment.
I'd LIKE to believe that aliens are visiting the earth, and that the government knows about it and that its been kept a secret for 50 years. In reality, such a "secret" would be impossible to keep, because a million reporters who would like to be as famous as Woodward and Bernstein would pounce on the story.
Try to stay here on Earth with the rest of us.

Hey I have some coupons for 50 cents off on foil, want them? Not the cheap foil either, it's the thick stuff. Just let me know, sounds like you need it.
And did you even read the article? It says they died in a traffic accident. Oh wait, sorry no pictures.

That's disgusting and it makes me physically nauseous. To think those guys were somebodies little baby. I am so glad my son didn't join up. This war is taking such a heavy toll on my spirit. Check this out.

Izzit, it takes only one idiot to bring about utter chaos, with one lie!
Chocolahoma, please don't invite it to stay here! It's scary enough being anywhere in close vicinity, but not on my earth!
Stoney, the investigation of Pat tillman's death: Is that because he was Pat Tillman, a famous football player or because he died by "Friendly Fire"? and was just a soldier.
