Which bank has branches in Manila and in Columbia or Charleston South Carolina?

I have been dealing with "Bank of America" but they are a shoddy bank with a lot of financial trouble. I am looking for a much better bank, is there one?

try wells fargo, they offer good banking for here and the philippines. it costs $5 to transfer into a bpi bank account.
