Smile, and ask people questions. Everyone loves talking about themselves. People will start to talk to you. Or compliment them, tell them their hair looks nice today. Just be yourself, and be friendly.

Monday, in 1st period walk in, sit down, and then say something to the person to your right. Hey, what's up, did you do anything exciting this weekend? Then continue the conversation. Tuesday, talk to the person on the left. Wednesday start a conversation w/ the person in front or behind you. You're going to have to speak up...just smile and say something about class, homework, etc. Anything will work..such as Wow, I'm starving, I didn't have any breakfast!

Find somebody who's in your class that doesn't talk a lot and that you think you will have a good time with. Then ask them about something before class and if they're in your second period, walk with them to class. But I've noticed that if you just do your work, people will come up to you and notice you more.

Try and find someone else in the classes that is kinda a loner, they're probably feeling the same way as you. Just try and talk to them I'm sure you'll make friends.

what you do is in your other classes like if the teacher craks a joke lok at a preson who looks friendly in the class and smile,or compliment someone when the bell rings, thats how I do it and it works fine. Trust me your not a loner,I have seen bigger loners, like people with no friends, and I always feel bad for them and talk to them.and out of 8,000 students I have maybe like 100 friends, some that I even chill with in the morning.

be yourself dont worry about others remarks or in your case lack of them. it seems to me that you have a tight nit groupe of friends and get along well with them, when in the same class. But when in a diffrent class you are away from these people. do subjects you have in comin with others and can talk about easily this will aid in making a connection to other a common ground is a good place to start.
