It never looks like the picture. I think it's false advertising. The lettuce and tomatoes in the burgers look so much fresher and nicer in the pictures than they do when you're eating it.

Three out of ten, and yes I feel cheated. We once ordered the most delicious looking pizza, well it looked like that on the menu, I have never seen ANYTHING like it before or since, it was round and flat frozen solid in the middle and just had tomato ketchup spread all over it no cheese. When I asked where the cheese was I was told you have to order a cheese and tomato pizza, you've ordered a " margarita doh! whats that all about". I did refrain from standing up and clonking her one. We refused to pay for a meal we couldn't eat and got barred from the place as well.

None!!! I am truly betrayed and feel I have been lied to. We all know that the containers and the wrappers the food comes in looks and probably tastes better than the food. They should put money into taste and looks and less in packaging!!!

Never! The burgers in the pictures at McDonalds look like works of art, carefully balanced and looking perfect. I usually have to try and put mine back together. When I look inside I see a clump of sauce, a clump of onions and my meat is handing over one side of the bun!

eh.
when you go for fast food you should expect to get anything ranging from a burger to regurgitated road kill.
its like a surprise in a bag.

I can't be bothered with how it looks, as long as it tastes good.
Besides, I saw how they make it look so inviting, they paint on the grill marks on the burger.
