Do you or not, need to have a weapon to be charged with aggravated burglary ?

aggravated only means you did something by using force.for example if you shoplifted a candy bar. that is a very monir misdemeanor.now if they try to stop you and you two fight it becomes robbery for that same candy bar.----retired texas deputy sheriff----
