Years ago I watched a movie that had Sidney Poiter and Ingrim Bergman and another man. They all survied a nuclear attack. They were the only people left on earth. I have been wanting to rent the movie but I don't know the title.

...you're definitely talking about the gripping and compelling, tension-filled sci-fi/drama from 1959, entitled "The World, the Flesh and the Devil"; however, it's not Ingrim Bergman that you're thinking about. It's actually actress Inger Stevens, starring along side Sidney Poitier and Mel Ferrer...
...unfortunately, this film has yet to see release on DVD, and never was released on tape; until such time as this happens, we are just going have to contend with the periodic broadcast of the film on Turner Classic Movies (...this has been on my 'want' list for years!!!)

I don't see any movie listed on IMDB.com where Ingrid Bergman and Sidney Poitier ever did a movie together, even non-sci-fi.
