Suzie - I'm referring to the robbery OJ was involved in TODAY, 9/14/07! He can't be tried again for the murders that happened years ago. He can be tried for the robbery he was involved in TODAY.

The Juice will actually be doing time. As for Barry, if he gets convicted i might anticipate that if there is prison time that it would be extraordinarily short. According to news report i heard he did not break in he was let me that room. but with O.J. who know. Did not hear about a gun.
