You have only two options:

1. Go to a shop that does upholstery work (seats and interior work) and pay them to recover the seats with leather. This will cost at least $600 for one seat (front and rear) so plan on $1,200 minimum. A regular bench style seat with a vinyl cover costs over $300 to recover.

2. There are some Cadillac and Buick models that came with leather seats and were built on the "caprice" chassis. The Buick Roadmaster was one and the rear wheel drive model Cadillac(s) were the other.

You can find a few good seats removed from wrecked Cadillacs and Buicks and this is your best bet and cheapest. You just need to measure the width of the rails and make sure you get an identical width and remember that most front seats are "split" seats meaning the driver and passenger move independently so there are more than two rails.

The rear bench seat should be easy.

Good Luck!

I wouldn't put any money into a 918 year old car.
