You will notice very little or none at all difference. This system works with other bolt on systems to give more power and better MPG. Please dont think this cold air system will give better anything. This is just a starting block to more power.

Save your money if you are only looking for a performance improvement -- you won't see one with a piece of aluminum pipe. Someone asks this exact question everyday but no one ever reads the fine print, namely that any hp gains that a cold air tube gives is at 7000 rpm. So unless you are racing your car, are comfortable pushing a ten year old engine at redline and you think you can actually 'feel' three hp you should return the pipe and get a refund. Only a combination of major fuel delivery mods, cam, exhaust, ECM and timing will deliver any noticeable hp improvement.
Besides, your Civic already HAS a cold air intake...

A cold air intake upgrade will not make your vehicle run better. You may gain a slight HP improvement but probably not notice it. Your 70 dollars will be better spent on other things.

You may get a slight increase in gas mileage, but your car's computer is set up to run with everything the way it is. That being said, your car may run worse after you install it. Whatever you do, keep the stock parts. Your car is worth more for resale or trade-in if you keep it stock.

Cold air is denser than warm air. You will probably notice a small difference. 70 dollars that's cheep try it and see what you think if you don't like it sell it to a buddy for 50 dollars and your not out much.

Precisely it does not help your car running better, because Honda cars are highly precisioned assembled vehicle and no need to add any gadget for it.
