DC I am so sorry that happened to you. I think that we
all have had the same things happen. One woman
reported me when she asked the question who is
Karen Bundy. I think that was her name. All I did was
ask who it was. Geesh!!

DC, I am so sorry about Tea passing away. I miss her
too. xx

Please, please, pleeEEEeeease go have a look at the Community Guidelines. They are short and should only take a minute to read. They are found under the ABOUT tab at the top of the page. Some of them will certainly surprise you. Be sure you do not address anyone (by name or not) in the Additional Details section, as that, too, is considered chatting and can get your question removed. Y!A is not a chat room, and chatting is not allowed here. Specifically addressing anyone is chat. Answering "I don't know" is a violation, and adding the "Merry Christmas" really is chatting. Still, "idk" would be a violation even without the add-on. Because this is an information exchange site, questions here should be seeking information or advice of general interest to the community. Answers must attempt to answer the question. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor by reading through the rules for using this site. We all had to agree to follow them at sign-up, but many people don't even bother to read them. Then, they wonder why they got a violation. *sigh* Please read the rules. You won't get suspended for a single chatting violation or and "idk" violation. If they happen a lot, yes, you could. Just one of that type won't do it.

Violations.....what an ugly word. Some ppl here just abuse the report button. I have sounded off many times on this issue and it seems that reporting has gotten out of hand. If Yahoo is going to allow ppl to report they should at least have a system to it. When something that is non-offensive is reported it should be researched and reviewed....but I guess we can keep on dreaming....too many control freaks here. I have learned to except it, but I still can't help getting angry about it.

I got violated for answering with hmmmm, good question. I'll probably get violated again for putting it in this answer. Anyway, maybe "they" don't like it when we put a string of letters together that are not "words" in their opinion. Troll patrol? sorry you got violated, sweetie. Here! have a sunday star!

maybe ur answer wasn't satisfying enough but personally I don't have problems with answers as long as they're not offending certain races, relogions, cultures, and other sensitive matters =D

It took me several days to hear back from my violation and still ended up loosing the points cause I contested it. Looks like the troll patrol back...targeting certain folks once again. It's to bad....
